Located at the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Bonefish Grill is a full service restaurant with a commercial kitchen, dining room seating and a bar that serves the passengers of Terminal 3. This project followed the brand design guidelines for other stand alone restaurant, although the Architect did have to provide design modifications as needed to fit an airport environment.
The Project Manager job duties for this project included managing the design process with the brand and obtaining the necessary approvals from the client and airport authorities, coordinating with engineers to ensure QAQC of permit set, and coordinating with AJH to obtain a permit. The bar includes a hanging liquor display, which included coordination with the engineers and airport authorities to ensure the weight, look and daily operations of this liquor shelf will be the best possible solution for the client.
