Fort Lauderdale Student Housing

December 2015 – School of Architecture

A student housing project for downtown Fort Lauderdale for approximately 300 students. Based on sustainability and passive design, the concept for this project was guided by the needs of the students and taking heavily into consideration the existing surroundings in order to make it fit into the urban fabric of the city. Interactive exterior and interior spaces are provided to allow the residents and visitor or the project to interact with the site, with the building and with one another.
