Located at the Orlando International Airport, a variety of quick-service restaurants and grab and go locations were completed for the newly constructed Terminal C. The Architect worked closely during the design with the brand and airport authorities to ensure design intent was met, but also to verify that the design was compliant with airport guidelines.

The Project Manager job responsibilities included managing the design and deliverables process with client, brand and airport authorities to ensure project was permitted on time and construction was completed on schedule and on budget.

Harvest and Grounds: 560-square-foot Euro-American bakery and coffee café concept.

Raw Juce:440-square-foot grab and go option for cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, salads and other organic foods

Cucina: 415 square-foot concept offering travelers prepared to-go options
