Located at the Miami International Airport, the expansion of the FedEx cargo facility and offices will serve as an improved processing facility for international and domestic cargo. This new 140,000 SF expansion will include warehouse space, refrigeration area within the warehouse, loading docks for trucks and airplanes, expansion of parking area, offices for employees and executives.
The Project Architect job responsibilities in this project included designing the project with the required program from the client, coordinating all of the project components and disciplines with various engineers and consultants, working with the project manager to attend meetings with the client and the different entities requiring approval, managed the development of drawings from schematic design to construction documentation, assembled and delivered drawings and project files to the building department and client.
