Located in the heart of Fort Worth, this mixed use development will take over 3 blocks to include a variety of shops, housing and residences. The scope of the project includes around 430,000 SF of two 5-story mixed use buildings with retail on the ground floor and housing on the upper levels, a central plaza connecting both buildings, a 5-story garage, and a park redevelopment with a retail component.
Job responsibilities for this project included designing the layout and facades of the various buildings, developing the site plan and 3D model for renderings and aerial views, working with project manager to revise client changes and final approval.
