This new on-campus student housing development for North Broward Preparatory School in Coconut Creek, FL includes a 300 bed three-story building with all of the amenities needed for international students that attend the school. Study lounges, game rooms, gathering rooms and an outdoor plaza are all part of this 133,000 SF development.
Job responsibilities for this project included working on the development of schematic design, design development and construction documents for permitting. Other responsibilities included producing 3D images and renderings for client presentations, assisting with the coordination of MEP engineers and participating in various site visits to monitor construction progress.
